Provider Site Locations and Services
We provide services to our customers through a network of provider sites that include physician offices, outpatient care centers and hospitals. Locations range from Westmoreland County in the upper Middle Peninsula/Northern Neck region to the Southside of Hampton Roads. Affiliate relationships with other health systems allow us to offer extensive coverage throughout Hampton Roads. Services vary by location.
Our occupational health professionals manage all clinical sites. We expect provider sites to maintain a defect level of less than 1% in order to stay on our panel of providers. Adhering to consistent training schedules throughout the year helps us maintain our high standards of quality.
